Terms of service
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Leveld. They are written to be read — short sentences, no surprises — because a term you cannot understand is a term you cannot agree to.
What Leveld is
Leveld is a portfolio-tracking and analysis service. You connect exchange accounts through read-only API keys, or record holdings manually, and Leveld computes valuations, performance and analysis across them.
Leveld is not a bank, a broker or an investment firm. It never holds your assets, never executes a trade, and cannot move funds — the access you grant is read-only by design.
Not investment advice
Everything Leveld shows you — valuations, performance figures, projections, signals, AI-assisted research — is information about your portfolio, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Projections are models with stated assumptions, not predictions. Decisions and their outcomes are yours.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use Leveld.
- Keep your account information accurate, and your credentials to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you believe it has been compromised, change your password and contact us.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- use Leveld for anything unlawful
- probe, overload or attempt to break the service, or access data that is not yours
- resell, scrape or redistribute the service or its market data
- violate the terms of an exchange you connect through Leveld
Your data
Your portfolio data is yours. You give Leveld permission to process it for one purpose: providing the service to you. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
About the numbers
Market prices and exchange data come from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Valuations and performance figures are estimates computed from that data and from what you have entered. Check the numbers before you act on them; Leveld does not warrant that any figure is accurate or complete.
Availability and changes
Leveld aims to be reliable but is provided as it is, without an uptime guarantee. Features may change, and paid features, where they exist, are always priced and described before you commit to them.
Ending things
- You can stop using Leveld and delete your account at any time. Deletion of personal data follows the privacy policy.
- Leveld can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice and a reason unless the law or the safety of the service requires acting first.
Liability
Leveld is liable as the law requires and not beyond it: nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them takes away rights you hold under mandatory consumer-protection law. Beyond that, Leveld is not liable for losses caused by decisions you take on the basis of the information it displays.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be told inside the product or by email before the change applies, with enough time to leave if you disagree.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg. If you use Leveld as a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules, and the courts, of the country you live in.
